✨️We will meet once a month at the Reiki Arts Studio for check-ins, uplifting communication, and guided meditation.
💫Think of it as a manifestation book club. There is homework, but it's nothing but good work!

Purpose: To guide participants through a 12-month journey of personal and collective transformation using the principles of the Law of Attraction, quantum theory, spirituality, and joy.

- Guided Meditation
- Theme: Laying the Foundation
- Overview of the 12-month process.
- Explanation of key concepts: Law of Attraction, quantum theory, spirituality, and the importance of joy in manifestation.
- Group intention-setting activity.
- Tools for success: Gratitude journaling, vision boards, meditation, and affirmations.
- Introduction of Monthly Meeting Themes

Community Sound Bath
Please join one of my monthly Sound Baths for relaxation, meditation and energy balancing. Using overtone emitting instruments producing Solfeggio frequencies for healing and wellness. These are pay what you can, all are welcome. Bring a mat, pillows, eye mask... whatever makes you comfortable to lay for 45 min.
