I’m honored to share the healing and wellness practices that have become such an important part of my life and work. My approach is holistic, warm, and down-to-earth, supporting mind, body, and spirit while complementing traditional medical care.

At the heart of my work is something very simple: helping you come home to yourself. To love and accept yourself more deeply, understand your connection to Source, and gain confidence in your own unique guidance system—your intuition. My role is not to tell you who to be or what path to take, but to help you quiet the outside noise so you can hear and trust what is already within you.

Reiki & Sound Healing
I offer Reiki and immersive sound experiences using singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, drums, voice, and other instruments to encourage relaxation, balance, and connection.

Intuitive & Akashic Records Readings
Through meditation, intuition, and spiritual practices, I offer guidance to help you explore questions, recognize patterns, gain clarity, and connect more deeply with your own intuition.

QHHT
Through deep relaxation and hypnosis, QHHT allows you to explore the subconscious—including experiences that may be interpreted as past lives—for personal insight, wellness and spiritual growth.

Life Coaching
Together, we explore goals, beliefs, intentions, and limiting patterns to help create greater alignment between the life you envision and the choices you make.

Art & Creativity
As an artist and art teacher with a background in Fine Arts and a Master’s degree, I believe creativity can be a beautiful form of meditation, expression, and well-being.
