The Problem with Dreams Coming True...

The Problem with Dreams Coming True...

There’s only so much a person can take—disaster, trauma, self-sabotage… Yet on the flip side, even the fulfillment of a long-held dream can feel fleeting, sometimes followed by grief, loss, or even depression.

Are the highs really worth the lows? I’m not always sure. In those surreal, shimmering moments when a dream becomes reality, I often find myself wondering—how did I even get here? How did I piece together this impossible puzzle? And can I continue walking this path of extraordinary gains while surviving equally profound losses?

Is it possible to build an entire life—not just scattered moments—filled with sustained joy? Or does it take great loss to fully appreciate the brilliance of those rare, beautiful peaks?

Maybe the real question is: how do I live in balance and harmony, moment by moment? Life is a collection of moments—sometimes clustered close, sometimes spaced far apart. Perhaps the greatest gift is to remember the feeling. To hold onto the details. To stay rooted in the heart.

Because no matter what comes, we can always return to the heart. And no one but us can take that away.

All my best, always. Big love and a beautiful life!
