Sometimes, there’s a single moment that tells you everything you’ve been asking. The kind of moment where clarity arrives uninvited, like a flash of lightning—brilliant and sudden. For me, that moment recently arrived, and it carried both the answers I had sought for decades and the weight of their truth.
Questions that had echoed in my mind for years finally found their answers: Am I important to them? Do they love me as much as I love them? The truth I uncovered wasn’t easy to accept. It hurt—deeply. The kind of pain that leaves you feeling limp and drained, as though all your energy has poured out.
But here’s what I’ve learned: those moments, even the painful ones, have their place. They force you into a pause, a necessary stillness where healing can begin. A pause is often the first step toward transformation. Deep breath in... everything will be okay.
And isn’t it better to know? Even when the truth stings, honesty is something I’ve always chosen. Deep breath in... everything will be okay.
Love, I’ve come to realize, isn’t something to chase. It’s not a prize to be hunted. Real love arrives freely and naturally, a gift you share with those who cherish you without question.
For so long, I’ve wondered: Do I matter to them? Do they love me as I love them? But what I’ve started to understand is that the people I never have to question—the ones I don’t ask about in the quiet of my mind—are the ones who truly love me. Those are my people, my tribe. Who are yours? Cherish them. They are the ones who deserve your energy.
This journey has taught me to let go of seeking love or approval. It’s hard—of course it is—but with time, it becomes clearer: do all things with love, and let go of what no longer serves you. Love yourself enough to walk away from spaces where you have to wonder if you matter. The best version of you does not need to question their worth.
Continue loving, even when it isn’t returned. Set healthy boundaries because your well-being matters—your mind, body, and spirit are your top priorities. The more we each strive to be our best, the more beautiful this world becomes. Honor yourself, love deeply, and remember: you are enough, just as you are.
Repeat after me, out loud or in your head: “I am love, I am loved,” “I am abundant, I am abundance,” “I release that which no longer serves me in being the best version of myself,” “Thank you, I love you.”
All my best, always. Deep breath in... we got this.
With big love, KK
